Packaging & Food safety

The 92g single portion sachets are made of UV resistant aluminium foil and packed in boxes of 150. The packaging has been designed to protect the product even under extreme delivery conditions.

It is also available in 250g jars.

Food Safety & Quality Control

Production is based on internationally recognised HACCP principles. The Company is HACCP certified with the SABS and complies with Codex Alimentarius and ISO 22000 as required by the UNICEF quality auditor.

Procurement of the raw materials and storage of the ingredients both before manufacture and the finished product are strictly regulated. All finished goods and raw materials are fully traceable.

Stainless steel components are used throughout the plant and the product remains sealed during the process. A non-ferrous metal detector ensures the final product is free of metallic contaminants.
